Anavatti: KPCC Backward Classes State President S. Madhu Bangarappa went door-to-door in his hometown Kubatur on Monday and launched the Congress Party’s guarantee card distribution program.
The BJP government’s tax burden has become too heavy for the common man. As a result of Narendra Modi giving free cylinder gas to the wage labourers only for one month and then making them pay the entire bill, now the price of the cooking cylinder is 1200 rupees. It is difficult for the common man to live due to the constant increase in the price of essential items including electricity. He said that according to Modi, Achedin should be a woman who sheds tears every day.
When Bangarappa was Chief Minister, he realized the plight of common people and farmers and gave free electricity to pump sets before people asked. He said that voters have placed 100 per cent trust in Congress because they are distributing guarantee cards door to door with the promise of fulfilling the declarations made by the Congress party in its manifesto under the leadership of Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar from the day the party came to power.
Since most of the families in the state are managed by women, the Congress party has come up with the Grilahakshmi Yojana, which provides Rs. Students are not able to study well during exams due to constant power outages. There is no electricity facility in Esho houses. He said that Congress has announced in its manifesto that 200 units of electricity per month will be provided free of charge to the students of such houses.
Unless the BJP government has been giving false promises since it came to power. Which is not fulfilled. 40% commission is doing only road works for looting. Out of the state budget of 3.17 lakh crores, 40 per cent i.e. 1.20 lakh crores is allocated by the BJP government commission. Thus saving the money that is going in the form of commission, we are fulfilling the guarantee plans that we have told to the common people, he said.
On this occasion, Holelingappa, president of the Congress party, leaders Udayakumar, PS Manjunath, Ravikiran, Umesha, Ningappa, Sanjiva Varuthu, Habibullah Havaldar, Koti, Naveen and Girish were present.
