Sale of Rice through E-Auction, Govt. scheme

Shivamogga: The Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs seized 9.50 quintals of ration rice illegally stored in the rented house of Abdul Gaffa at OT Sawaipalya 02nd Cross and registered a case in Doddpet Police Station. The auction process for this rice is Ma. Organized on 27th at 11.30 am, Shimoga informal ration area, APMC premises KFCSC. An open auction will be conducted in the capacity of the Assistant Director in the wholesale shop.
Bidders with APMC license interested in participating in the auction are required to pay security deposit subject to conditions and present one hour before the designated date and participate in the auction process, Assistant Director of District Food and Civil Supplies Department said in a release.
